My wife and I were first-time home buyers; Kristen walked us through the home buying process step-by-step and counseled us on the do’s and don’ts of home buying and helped us with finding a lender,a home inspector, and an insurance agent; there was nothing she wasn’t able to help with! Rebecca was truly wonderful. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We live in overseas and contacted her about buying a holiday home to which she responded by email promptly and thoroughly. We found Rebecca and Kristen when we were at our wits’ end trying to sell our father’s house after he had passed. It was an unusual house needing lots of care and none of his children lived nearby. The house had been listed with another realtor for over six months with little activity. We then had another realtor turn us down saying that the house was too difficult for them to sell. When we found Rebecca and Kristen, everything started to turn around. They went out of their way to address the unusual aspect of the house, putting up a huge sign, and they were willing to help us find quotes for some of the necessary repair work. One of the best things was that Rebecca was extremely responsive, answering emails and calls very promptly. It was truly a pleasure working with her. With her help, the house did indeed sell, all of the hurdles were overcome, and the estate is now closed out. We can’t recommend Rebecca and Kristen highly enough.

Beginning the home search process as first time buyers, we were worried about having a realtor that wouldn’t understand what we were looking for, or would seem like a used-car salesman and would aggressively try to sell us everything we saw. Upon first meeting Kristen, we learned she was exactly the opposite!
